Ethical decisions are black and white, business decisions seldom are. Great organizations win the grey (areas). The grey means that any decision you make will have a list of pros and cons. You will almost never completely de-risk a decision but we will help you get to 1. a better place than you are in today (Improve your position) and 2. a place with an acceptable risk:reward profile. We will also be the independent antagonist in the room to bring up risks, counterpoints and fatal funnels before you encounter them live. Finally, we work with your executive team to communicate and implement these decisions to the organization.

I start many races with this mantra and often say it aloud. It's a great day to have a great day! That is the culmination of many weeks and months of preparation, training and focus on the strategies that will let me deliver a great race, presentation or engagement.

Flawless Business Operations are the offspring of the tooth fairy and the easter bunny - this is to say they are a figment of our imagination. COMPENSATION PLANNING
Merit based compensation is a fantastic tool to motivate the right behavior in Executives, Sales and Customer Success teams. Building effective plans is difficult. To do so, you must first start with the top 3-4 objectives of each role. How can you define success in that role and measure it. These plans need to be easy to understand, easy to administer and clearly motivate the top objectives for the role. Any additional complexity or confusion will derail your merit-based plan.
